This is an integrated/hybrid course with some portions being completed online and others in person.

At the conclusion of each section(s), a test is to be completed.

Section 2 - Moxibustion - 2.5 Hours
  • 2A - Moxibustion Presentation - .5 hour
  • 2B - The Mechanism of Moxibustion - 1 hour
  • 2C - Moxibustion for Turning a Breech Baby
  • 2D - Moxibustion and ANS - 1 hour

Section 3 - Electroacupuncture - 3.5 Hours
  • 3A - Electroacupuncture presentation - .5 hour
  • 3B - Effects of Electroacupuncture vs Manual Acupuncture - 1 hour
  • 3C - Non-opioid dependent anti-inflammatory effects of low frequency acupuncture - 1 hour

Section 4 - Cupping (optional - no hours)

Section 5 - Review for NBCE - 2.5 Hours
