The "Essentials" Series Program Details
These courses help provide clarity to students & providers who have an overwhelming amount of information at their disposal and yet don't know what to do by providing principles to implement and succeed right away on "Monday Morning"
The "Essentials Series" Consists of the Following Courses:
1. Essentials of Clinical Rehabilitation
This course helps chiropractors, physical therapist and strength coaches better understand the complexity of human pain experiences, coupled with an individual's performance goals. A strength coach can walk away from this course with more clarity on the mechanism, processes and recovery of painful conditions, while the clinician, DC, DPT/PT, ATC, MD, can walk away from this course with a better understanding of adjacent professionals perspectives (S&C and Coaches). An Overview of Basic Fundamentals, Principles & Philosophies for the modern provider. A thorough examination of the history of pain classifications and exploring the future of physical medicine.

An Emphasis on the current myths, theories and exploration of the evidence that will get you to change the way you assess and treat the shoulder. Additional topics, include:

An emphasis on the current low back treatment guidelines, the myth of stabilization, "functional movement" and pathoanatomical causes of pain.
4. Essentials of Soccer Rehabilitation: The Kicking Athlete
An emphasis on the kicking mechanisms, common injuries and updated evidence for the treatment of hip related conditions in sports & activities involving the world's sport - soccer.
